Getting Reason to open in rewire mode: some of this is going to be real basic but for sanity's sake that's what I'm going to do. Don't know when this went away but I know it's not there in Reason 8 so it's probably the same in R9. The routine was to right click on the program icon, do a 'get info' and select the button to run in either of those modes. Opening Reason 9 in 64 bit mode: in previous versions of Reason it could run in 32 or 64 bit mode on a Mac. There's Apple's way and the right way and this is one of those cases where Apple doesn't know the right way especially when it comes to s/w that's not of their own programming. I've read some stuff about making sure I open up Reason in 64-bit mode but I can't any sort of option anywhere, any advice? So I did end up purchasing Reason 9 but I still can't get it to rewire to Pro Tools 11. I have another question if you don't mind. I guess it was foolish of me but I assumed when my mac app store told me I could upgrade my OS i thought it would do it the right way.
